A Casta del Sol homeowner needed work on three mature melaleucas that were heaving the front walkway and threatening the foundation. We produced the required HOA arborist report, navigated the approval process with the community association, and removed the trees with root grinding and replanted with two species better suited to the planting strip. The homeowner avoided thousands in future hardscape repair, and the HOA approved the replacement plan without issue.
